By purchasing a workshop or tour ticket, you are hereby agreeing to the terms and Conditions as follows:
You agree to release, indemnify and hold Amanda Vanhoozier, LLC (DBA Bishop Hill Farm Flowers) and its owners, workers, suppliers, contractors and other customers harmless from any and all liability, including, but not limited to, any person or animal suffering any allergy or other adverse effects from eating any flowers or other plant material from the farm; any accident or other injury that occurs at the farm or as a result of visiting the farm; any weather condition, natural pests, or other occurrence beyond our reasonable control that affects our ability to offer workshops, tours and/or supply flowers.
I understand that by participating in workshops and tours at Bishop Hill Farm Flower that there are numerous obvious and non-obvious inherent risks always present in such activity despite all safety precautions.
I agree that should and emergency medical treatment be required, I and/or my own accident/medical insurance company shall pay for all such incurred expenses.
I completely understand this agreement to be a release of all claims, known or unknown, present, or future, that he/she has or may have against Amanda Vanhoozier, LLC and its owners/associates. I understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing this agreement and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I understand that I am participating at my own risk. This is to certify that I do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amanda Vanhoozier, LLC and its owners/associates from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement.
